What our clients say about us

We're very proud of what our clients have to say about us:

"I want to thank you and your team for making the past 10 days for both me personally, but also the IAA group such an incredible experience. In particular, your connection with the PNG villagers added a very positive dimension to the experience, learning about some of the difficulties they face in their daily lives whilst maintaining a proud and happy way of life. Your knowledge of the track, both from a historic and present day perspective was brilliant – you brought to life for me much of the war history of Kokoda which was previously just the stuff of books. The camaraderie was brilliant and I was honoured to be a part of this inaugural Soldiers Kokoda Trek, gaining a much better appreciation of the diffculties many of our wounded diggers face on their return from conflict. I was also heartened to see what a fantastic group of young men we have serviing in the Australian defence forces today" - Adrian Kitchin, IAA 2011

"Thanks again for your leadership & assistance on the trek, it was the experience of a lifetime & something I will never forget! Once my boys are old enough I’ll be in contact again so I can try help instil in them what it means to be Australian" - Darren Loades, IAA 2011

"I would like to thank and congratulate your team on making "our" Kokoda the best thing I have done to date, I certainly expect the result of doing this and the impact on my life and outlook to be a "gamechanger" and I am so glad I did it and was priveleged to do it with such a great group, where it meant so very much. One of the great things to come out of this is the increased level of understanding of what our troops go through and how it effects them and secondly about the people of the highlands of PNG, ie. the porters and their families and in particular the people of Alola" - Paul Hunter, Hunter Financial Solutions (WA) Pty Ltd 2011

"Humpty's objectives in climbing Mt Kilimanjaro were to raise $1million for the kids, to give our guests the experience of a lifetime, and to get everyone home safely.  We exceeded those expectations in every respect.  Everyone said it was the best, and one of the hardest things they've ever done.  We couldn't have hoped for a better outcome and that's a huge credit to Adventure1000" - Paul Francis, Chairman, Humpty Dumpty Foundation

"A thoroughly professional company exceeding expectations" - Russell McCart, Managing Director, Meridian Developments

"…exemplary resource planning, logistics management, discipline, health professionals, who understood the narrow gap between adventure and misadventure and ensured, by making the hard calls early, we had a safe adventure" - Paul Fegan, former CEO St George Bank

"The best in the business" - Mike Dillon, award winning adventure film maker

"Kilimanjaro is a challenge.  To make it there and back with apparent ease is a tribue to the experience, planning and preparation that makes Adventure1000 a delight to trust" - Tedd Warden

“It’s not often I mark a questionnaire so highly but I can’t find anything to fault. You run a very professional operation" - Ian Thomason

“An absolutely fantastic job by Brian Freeman from start to finish. I would very highly recommend Adventure1000 to anyone considering an adventure. The professionalism, organization and absolute focus on safety was all of the highest standard. I would trust Adventure1000 with any of my precious family. Well done guys, not to mention that we had fun all the way. A special thanks to Brian for his mateship, leadership and passion for the diggers" - Dan Fogarty

“The Adventure1000 guys were just unbelievable; I have never seen such a professional group of men in their jobs in my whole life. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week they are there, without them we would not have made it!” - Greg Turnbull, Turnbull Architects

“Your professionalism was first class, your care & concern was again of a high standard & your ‘Mateship’ was appreciated. You are two men who had all the skills and you are to be congratulated. You are experts at what you do and I wouldn’t have wanted to have trekked with anyone else. I had a great time achieving what I set out to do and with your help it was made easier" - Frank Caruana

“As a business owner I would celebrate the high level of professionalism displayed by your team. I was impressed from the start of our remote training right through to writing this note. And more importantly, you have exceeded my expectations” - name not supplied
